1. 100% Payment needs to be paid in advance. 50% settlement ahead of time at the time of booking and half Payment at the time of service start when the vehicle reached at your given location. The driver will gather half Payment before departure.
2. Booking considered as confirmed after making settlement ahead of time.
3. All costs and rates given on the site are net of expense.
4. Add 16% service tax and 2% income tax to all prices and rates mentioned on the website.
5. Copy of I.D Card/Passport.
6. Fuel mileage can be gauge from base station i.e., beginning from base and back to base. The client will be given full tank before departure and on return full Petrol / Fuel tank needs to be given back once journey / trip end. Daily petrol filling will be at customer’s end.
7. Deviances are not permitted in course or itinerary once the route plan agreed. Conversely, changes can be made 18 hours before conveyance of vehicle.
8. ROADIES ADVENTURE PVT. LTD offers offer service only with driver. The client isn’t permitted to drive the vehicle regardless.
9. The vehicle will not be utilized to convey a greater number of travelers than the enrolled limit of the vehicle.
10. Do not utilize the vehicle on rent for any unlawful reason.
11. Do not take travelers or baggage in abundance of the evaluated weight-conveying limit of the vehicle.

29. The organization does not permit the drivers to convey/handle products, gear other than loading and unloading. Make sure all the stuff / luggage / belongings load/unload in your presence to avoid damage or misplacement.
30. The organization might change proposed vehicle or driver whenever with no earlier notification and send another if there should arise an occurrence of any specialized or behavioral
31. Company will not liable to send backup vehicle or driver in case of any accident, mechanical or driver issue. Though, if customer agreed to pay tolls and fuel then company may try to provide alternate vehicle and driver if available.

No Smoking Policy

Every renter deserves a clean and fresh-smelling car.

1. Smoking is not permitted in any ROADIES ADVENTURE PVT. LTD Tours vehicle regardless of the presence of a sticker.
2. ROADIES ADVENTURE PVT. LTD Tours makes great efforts to maintain a Smoke-Free Fleet. We ask all customers to refrain from smoking to ensure clean and fresh atmosphere inside the vehicle.
3. ROADIES ADVENTURE PVT. LTD Tours is committed to providing a Roadies Adventure Pvt. Ltde, clean fleet for our customers. In order to better deliver on this commitment, all vehicles are non-smoking.
4. De-smoking requires a vehicle on standby for up to 24 hours to properly remove the unwanted bad smell with chemical treatment.
5. A fee of Rs.1000 may be charged from customers smoking inside a vehicle to cover up for the cleaning expenses.
